Step 3. On-Site Project Evaluation
Our experienced team will visit your home to conduct a thorough project evaluation. We assess the scope, discuss design options, and address any specific requirements. This evaluation allows us to tailor our approach and provide an accurate proposal that aligns with your desired results.
Step 4. Project Preparation
With your project details finalized, it's time to implement our plan! We'll guide you through the contract signing, ensuring complete transparency and clarity. Once the contract is signed, we'll promptly order your selected products. Simultaneously, we'll work closely with you to schedule the installation, considering your convenience and project timelines. Our goal is to provide a seamless experience so you can sit back and watch your exterior transformation.
Step 5. Pre-Install Walkthrough
Before we begin the installation process, we conduct a pre-install walkthrough to address essential details for smooth project execution. This visit is an opportunity to meet your project manager (PM). Your PM will discuss and finalize job-site logistics, installation planning/preparation, dumpster/toilet placement, and any specific job-site requirements. If we are replacing your windows, your trained PM will take exact measurements before ordering your custom windows. They will also review best installation practices tailored to your project, ensuring exceptional results. This meeting serves as an opportunity for open communication, allowing us to address any questions or concerns you may have.
Step 6. Installation
Finally, the exciting phase where your project comes to life! Throughout the installation process, we maintain open lines of communication, ensuring that you stay informed of the progress. Our experienced installers work diligently, adhering to manufacturer best practices and guidelines to deliver outstanding results. Your project manager will oversee your job site and is there to serve you and our installation team. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we are committed to making this phase a stress-free and enjoyable experience for you.
Step 7. Project Fulfillment
This phase marks the culmination of our planning and execution so you can enjoy your newly renovated exterior for years. We conduct a comprehensive final inspection and walkthrough with you and your project manager. We address any touch-ups or adjustments to ensure you have a flawless exterior home project. Our commitment to your satisfaction extends beyond project completion, and we are always available to address any post-installation questions or concerns, so you can rest assured that we are here to support you in the future.
Warranty
We back up our work with a 5-Year craftsmanship warranty. You’ll also benefit from the manufacturer’s warranty which is managed by Freedom Exteriors, so the client doesn’t have to worry about reaching out to the manufacturer.
Follow Up
We follow up 3 days, 3 weeks, and 3 months after completing your project to ensure you still love it. Then 12 months after completing your project, we will return to the job site ourselves to ensure it is still up to our standards.

What a pleasure. This is a company we want to be in Huntsville for years to come. When you meet Jordan just know he will be involved start to finish. He is not going to give you a 30 minute sales pitch.
He is going to find out your needs and give you solutions. We had new vinyl siding and new windows installed. He gave us different options and gave us pros and cons of each, but let us make our decision.
