Meet Our Team

As the Client Success Manager, Matt oversees administrative tasks, maintains company and client records, and supports both sales and production operations, all aimed at enhancing the overall client experience. With a background in customer success and software implementation, Matt brings a wealth of experience to the Freedom Exteriors team.

Matt grew up in the Birmingham metro area and graduated from the University of North Alabama in 2018 with a degree in Business Administration. He also holds a Master of Divinity from Southeastern Theological Seminary, earned in 2022. Currently residing in Madison, Alabama with his wife Taylor and their two kids, Matt is a member of Leadership Greater Huntsville and is passionate about the Huntsville area and its neighborly people, natural beauty, and unique charm. In his free time, he enjoys reading, watching his kids grow up, and spending quality time with his wife.

Aaron is the Marketing Manager at Freedom Exteriors. He started with Freedom in April of 2024. Aaron has a passion for exterior remodeling, assisting others, and building a strong brand. Prior to joining Freedom, Aaron worked in the Health & Wellness Field as a Coach, and brings that leadership and excitement to every project! 

Originally from Eclectic, Alabama, Aaron graduated highschool in 2014 and went on to pursue a degree from Berry College. After graduating, he went on to complete his masters degree at the University of West Alabama in 2018. Aaron now lives and works in Huntsville with his Fiance Kailee, his Jack Russel Ollie, and his cat Bean. Aaron is passionate about Huntsville, loves this community, the culture, and this business!

Jordan Rodriguez is the Founder of Freedom Exteriors. His main focus is managing day to day operations and leadership, while always seeking opportunities for improvement. He started Freedom Exteriors to step away from the high-volume business model he was exposed to in previous roles, and was determined to build a team who is set up to actually deliver on their promises to homeowners and provide an exceptional home improvement experience. 

Jordan graduated from Grissom High School alongside his wife Carley, who is a math teacher and volleyball coach at Whitesburg Christian Academy. They have a daughter named Mila who will turn 2 this fall. Jordan graduated with honors from the University of Tulsa where he played football. Jordan and Carley are members at Church of the Highlands and attend the Huntsville campus. Together they enjoy going on evening walks, watching shows & movies, and spending time with family.

Jose is the Site Supervisor at Freedom Exteriors. He has over 15 years of various construction experience and is extremely knowledgeable and detail oriented on the jobsite. Fluent in Spanish, Jose is a great resource for our install team and manages communication with our clients during their installation. 

Jose graduated from Covenant Christian Academy in Huntsville prior to graduating with honors from UAH with a degree in Mechanical Engineering. He has a passion for remodeling, serving homeowners, and watching transformations take place before his eyes. Jose lives in Union Grove with his dog Luna!
