Meet Our Team
Jordan Rodriguez is the Founder of Freedom Exteriors. His main focus is managing day to day operations and leadership, while always seeking opportunities for improvement. He started Freedom Exteriors to step away from the high-volume business model he was exposed to in previous roles, and was determined to build a team who is set up to actually deliver on their promises to homeowners and provide an exceptional home improvement experience.
Jordan graduated from Grissom High School alongside his wife Carley, who is a math teacher and volleyball coach at Whitesburg Christian Academy. They have a daughter named Mila who will turn 2 this fall. Jordan graduated with honors from the University of Tulsa where he played football. Jordan and Carley are members at Church of the Highlands and attend the Huntsville campus. Together they enjoy going on evening walks, watching shows & movies, and spending time with family.
Brian comes from an extensive background in construction, but primarily as a GC. Brian has had significant health issues that ultimately lead to a heart transplant. He is excited to be back, working in the field he loves. Brian enjoys spending time with his family when he’s not working.
Brian brings an extensive background in construction, with deep roots as a General Contractor. After navigating a significant health journey — including a heart transplant — Brian returned to the field with renewed purpose and gratitude for the work he loves. That experience sharpened his perspective on what matters: doing things right, treating people well, and showing up fully for every project. When he's not on the job, Brian values time with his family above all else.
Brinson Sumner is originally from Rome, Georgia and proudly serves as a Project Coordinator at Freedom Exteriors in Huntsville. He graduated with honors from the University of Alabama with a degree in Consumer Science.
Brinson grew up watching his parents work on homes and renovation projects firsthand, giving him valuable hands-on experience and a deep appreciation for quality work. Today, he combines that practical foundation with strong communication and project management skills to guide homeowners confidently through their siding, window, and door projects — making sure every client feels informed and confident from start to finish.
Outside of work, Brinson loves fitness, the outdoors, and everything Huntsville has to offer. He's grateful to do meaningful work serving his community every day.
Born and raised in Southern California, Natalie's passions for teaching and horses guided her early career — including 15 years in non-profit outdoor recreation, where she directed equestrian programs and managed complex logistics for youth camps and therapeutic riding facilities. That work took her across the country before she planted roots in Alabama in 2020.
Today, Natalie channels her program management and communication skills as our Office Manager and the administrative backbone of Freedom Exteriors. She coordinates team schedules, serves as the first point of contact for prospective clients, and keeps internal and external communication running seamlessly.
Away from the office, Natalie's world revolves around her teenage daughter — whether at the barn supporting her equestrian pursuits, cheering at school events, or finding a quiet moment with a good book and a home-cooked meal.
