Meet Our Team
Jordan Rodriguez is the Founder of Freedom Exteriors. His main focus is managing day to day operations and leadership, while always seeking opportunities for improvement. He started Freedom Exteriors to step away from the high-volume business model he was exposed to in previous roles, and was determined to build a team who is set up to actually deliver on their promises to homeowners and provide an exceptional home improvement experience.
Jordan graduated from Grissom High School alongside his wife Carley, who is a math teacher and volleyball coach at Whitesburg Christian Academy. They have a daughter named Mila who will turn 2 this fall. Jordan graduated with honors from the University of Tulsa where he played football. Jordan and Carley are members at Church of the Highlands and attend the Huntsville campus. Together they enjoy going on evening walks, watching shows & movies, and spending time with family.
Brian comes from an extensive background in construction, but primarily as a GC. Brian has had significant health issues that ultimately lead to a heart transplant. He is excited to be back, working in the field he loves. Brian enjoys spending time with his family when he’s not working.
Brinson Sumner is originally from Rome, Georgia and proudly serves as the Project Coordinator at Freedom Exteriors in Huntsville, Alabama. He graduated with honors from the University of Alabama with a degree in Consumer Science.
Brinson grew up around various kinds of construction, watching his parents work on homes and renovation projects firsthand. That early exposure gave him valuable hands-on experience and a deep appreciation for quality work. Today, he combines that practical foundation with strong communication and project management skills to guide homeowners confidently through their siding, window, and door projects.
He is passionate about building genuine connections with clients and ensuring that each homeowner feels informed, comfortable, and confident throughout the entire process. Brinson believes that great results come from attention to detail, transparency, and a commitment to doing things the right way.
Outside of work, he loves all forms of fitness, and spending time outdoors. He loves everything Huntsville has to offer and is grateful to do meaningful work serving the community each and every day.
Born and raised in Southern California, Natalie's passions for teaching and horses naturally guided her first career path. She dedicated 15 years to the non-profit sector of Outdoor Recreation, serving as an Equestrian Director for Youth Camping Programs and Therapeutic Riding Facilities. This meaningful work involved managing complex equestrian programs, ensuring the safety and well-being of participants and animals alike, and developing curricula that blended education with the profound therapeutic benefits of horsemanship, and of course fun!
Her professional journey, driven by the needs of these organizations, led her to reside in multiple states across the country before she finally planted roots in Alabama in 2020.
Today, Natalie channels that experience, particularly her Program Management and logistical skills, into her role as our Office Manager. She is the essential hub of our administrative operations. Her duties include the meticulous coordination of schedules for all team members, serving as the professional and welcoming first point of contact for prospective clients, and ensuring seamless communication across all internal and external channels. In essence, Natalie is the administrative bedrock that allows our client-facing operations to run smoothly and efficiently.
Away from the office, Natalie's life is centered around her very active teenage daughter. Much of her time is happily spent at the barn, supporting her daughter's equestrian pursuits, or attending various other sports competitions and school events. When her busy schedule does allow, Natalie cherishes the simple pleasure of curling up with an intriguing book. She is also an enthusiastic home cook, finding both relaxation and creative outlet in preparing delicious meals for her family and friends.
